The terms “Hido”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to the platform providing local experience services, while “user” or “you” refers to any individual using the application, whether a tourist or a local.

2. Services Provided

Hido offers authentic local experiences, allowing users to publish, showcase, and book experiences. Users who provide experiences are referred to as “Locals”, while those who book them are referred to as “Tourists”.

Services may include local tours, adventures, events, hospitality experiences, and cultural or social activities.

3. User Accounts

• An account is required to access certain features of the application.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Role of Hido

Hido acts as an intermediary connecting Locals and Tourists. Hido does not own, manage, or directly provide local experiences, but rather offers a platform for members to connect and organize experiences.

Hido is not a party to any agreements between Locals and Tourists and does not act as an agent for either party, except in relation to payment services.

5. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Full payment is required at the time of booking and includes applicable taxes and fees. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment gateway.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to the policy of the booked service. Some services may be non-refundable. Please review the applicable terms carefully before completing your booking.

7. Liability

Hido shall not be held liable for any damages or injuries resulting from negligence by Locals or Tourists. By using the application, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your personal safety and experience.

8. Governing Law

Use of the Hido application is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. By using the application, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
